Victor Karl Whitfield is an Author, Entrepreneur, and Speaker. He was born in Marshall Texas and started his working career at the age of ten. He and his maternal grandfather sold watermelons and vegetables around the city. He also had a paper route, throwing the Marshall News Messenger in the neighborhood where he lived. He credits learning the art of selling from helping his grandfather sell watermelons around the city.

During his teen years, Victor worked with various youth and summer programs. His teenage work resume includes hauling hay and other farm related activities. Victor’s entrepreneurial activities started after he finished college. His first business was a collection agency, based in Longview, Texas. Other entities he has owned include an aerobic fitness center, and a tax preparation firm. Victor has been in the Real Estate and New Home Construction business over twenty years.

His goal is to provide every client with a wow experience, the feeling the red carpet has been rolled out for them. He does this through a combination of experience, education, and an extreme commitment to excellent customer service. Victor is also a veteran, having served in the US Navy.

As a speaker, Victor has a focus on messages that lift people. He uses wit and humor to drive home a message to not blame anyone but yourself for your mistakes. His philosophy is simple. When you make a mistake the first time, it’s a lesson. Make the same mistake a second time, the first lesson did not sink in. When you make the same mistake a third time, that’s a behavior issue.

Victor graduated Wiley College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. His hobbies include working out, (he calls himself the Cardio Kid) and playing golf. He resides in the Dallas Texas Metro area with his wife, daughter and grandkids.
